Juan Pahl will join London Hotel School in November as a senior lecturer. He is German by birth but has worked in the UK for many years in several five star environments and also as a lecturer	New Lecturer
WSET Awards London Hotel School teaches the Wine and Spirit Education Trust certificates in wine tasting whis is an important skill to have if you are planning to work in Food & Beverage. On the last course in July and August Riju Joy from India was top of the class and he was awarded a distinction certificate. Well done Riju!
	Four Seasons Tour The Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf, Docklands invited LHS students to visit and meet the management, have a tour of the hotel and also learn about how they could get part time work in a five star hotel Banqueting department where they will get valuable work experience and also earn valuable money!
