Starting your career in a UK hotel gives you a lot of advantages, You have demonstrated the future employers that you have managed to work in some of the busiest and most internationalized hotels in the world; you have worked in an English speaking environment and you have a qualification that will give you the opportunity to move your career fast to management levels. Hotel Management is also a gateway to other careers, One student started in Reception, moved to Reservations then Sales and Marketing and then with her marketing experience moved out of the hotel industry to a job as marketing manager for Sony Argentina!
